Design

TPC has kept pace with today's rapid technological developments and changing regulatory requirements, and has become a world leader in the design of state-of-the-art fire and gas protection and control systems. Our many years of experience enable us to design systems of all sizes and complexities to meet the diversified needs of our customer base. We perform technical evaluation of specific customer requirements, including cost feasibility studies, hydraulic calculations, seismic calculations, and stress analyses. We provide complete system design documentation in the form of computer-generated outline drawings, wiring schematics, and terminal maps.

Engineering

TPC's worldwide engineering experience is one of our major assets. Our engineers can design and fabricate turnkey systems of all sizes and complexities. They are fully cognizant of the newest technological developments, and consistently produce innovative, high-quality detection, protection, and control systems for a sophisticated worldwide customer base.
 
Fabrication

TPC employs a variety of skilled technicians and manufacturing personnel who fabricate systems in strict accordance with customer-approved drawings and specifications. All systems manufactured by TPC are subjected to rigorous in-house functional testing, and most systems undergo customer witness testing prior to shipment. Our systems have earned an enviable reputation in the industry for their quality and reliability.
 
Start-up

TPC supplies comprehensive engineering start-up service and training of customer operating personnel. Our engineering and technical staff has years of experience in fire and gas protection, instrumentation, electronics, chemical, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
 
Maintenance

TPC is licensed by the State of California to provide complete and dependable maintenance service at customer locations or in our factory. TPC is an Underwriter Laboratories (UL)-listed equipment fabricator and maintains a UL-listed Halon gas filling facility. TPC maintains and services control systems, fire and gas detection, and extinguishing systems.
